The MindoTech Inc. store is now open. We see this store as providing digital products for information security and Philippine law.
Why information security? We can never be too safe. There is a rising need for companies to be more aware and prepared of the cybersecurity risks that they can potentially face, but unfortunately, there aren't that many information security experts going around. Even if there are, they might be too expensive. This is especially the case for small companies. We hope that the templates we sell here will help companies create their own information security program. Yes, we may not have enough time to go around and help companies, but hopefully, with a little bit of information sharing, we can help even the smallest of companies out there. Rest assured, the products we will be selling here tailored based on our own experience in using them.
As for Philippine laws, we are actually based in the Philippines. Our laws really need a bit more organization, especially given the principle that 'ignorance of the law excuses no one from compliance.' How are people able to comply if the laws are too complex to understand? The laws were created for the people, and so, the laws should be easy to understand for the people. With how complex the laws are, there are some professionals who bank on the esoteric nature of the laws and use it to earn more.
With each product release, we plan to create an equivalent blog post just to give context about the product. We hope you gain more appreciation for the products we put out here with care.
